Lunar New Year, also called the Spring Festival in China, is one of the most important traditional celebrations for Asian cultures throughout the world. Lunar New Year marks the beginning of a seven-day celebration, which includes catching up with family, preparing special meals, visiting temples and giving the gift of money in bright red envelopes to welcome in the new year.
